Gently roll onto the lower abdomen, pelvic area, and lower back to help ease menstrual tension and discomfort.
Apply to wrists, temples, or behind the neck to calm emotional stress or irritability.
Use at the first signs of PMS or during your cycle. Reapply as needed throughout the day.
For deeper relief, apply after a warm bath or before rest.
