Welcome to Mother Ürth. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using or purchasing from our site or brand. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using any product from Mother Ürth, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules posted by Mother Ürth.
2. Product Use and Responsibility
All Mother Ürth products are handcrafted with natural and wellness-focused ingredients. However, it is your responsibility to read all product labels, ingredient lists, and usage instructions prior to use.
We recommend performing a patch test prior to full use of any product to check for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

Candle Use Disclaimer – Mother Ürth Beeswax Candles
Mother Ürth’s hand-poured beeswax candles are thoughtfully crafted with natural elements, including dried herbs, flowers, and other botanical embellishments. These additions are for aesthetic and energetic purposes only.
By purchasing or using a Mother Ürth candle, you agree to the following terms:
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to remove all dried herbs, crystals, flowers, or any loose decorative material from the surface of the candle before lighting and during use. These elements are flammable and may pose a fire hazard if left unattended in the flame’s path.
Safe Burning Practices: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Always burn candles on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, pets, and children. Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use.
Assumption of Risk: Mother Ürth is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss caused by improper use of candles, including failure to remove decorative elements or follow standard candle safety procedures. The customer assumes full responsibility for the safe use of the product.
By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to follow these guidelines and assume all responsibility for proper candle care and usage.
3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
By purchasing from Mother Ürth, you acknowledge and agree that:
All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Mother Ürth does not guarantee specific results from the use of its products.
You use all Mother Ürth products at your own discretion and risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mother Ürth, its founders, creators, team members, and affiliates will not be held liable for any injury, allergic reaction, health condition, incidental or consequential damages, or other loss arising from or connected to the use or misuse of any of our products.
4. No Legal Claims
By purchasing from or interacting with Mother Ürth, you agree:
Not to initiate or participate in any legal claims, lawsuits, or class actions against Mother Ürth, its owners, team, or partners in relation to the use of our products.
To release and hold harmless Mother Ürth from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our website or products.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website or packaging — including formulations, logos, branding, product names, images, and text — is the intellectual property of Mother Ürth and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without prior written permission.
6. Orders and Returns
Due to the nature of our wellness and hygiene products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us if there is an issue with your order, and we will do our best to help.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of Ontario courts.

Soleä Product Acknowledgment & Assumption of Risk

I understand that products sold by Mother Ürth are handcrafted artisan products made in small batches using natural and nature-derived ingredients.
I understand that these products have not been evaluated, approved, certified, or tested by Health Canada, the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA), or any other governmental regulatory authority unless expressly stated otherwise.
I acknowledge that Soleä has not been SPF tested, assigned an SPF value, or laboratory tested to determine any specific level of sun protection.
I understand that individual skin types, sensitivities, allergies, environmental conditions, and responses to natural ingredients vary from person to person, and that no guarantee or warranty is made regarding the performance of any product for my specific needs.
I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to review all ingredients prior to use and determine whether I have sensitivities, allergies, medical conditions, or other circumstances that may affect my use of the product.
I understand that Mother Ürth recommends performing a patch test prior to first use and discontinuing use if irritation, redness, discomfort, or any adverse reaction occurs.
I acknowledge that excessive exposure to sunlight may result in sunburn, skin damage, heat-related illness, or other health risks, and I accept full responsibility for my decisions regarding outdoor activities and sun exposure.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the purchase, use, misuse, storage, handling, or application of products sold by Mother Ürth.
I agree that Mother Ürth, its owners, creators, formulators, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, claim, expense, allergic reaction, skin reaction, medical condition, indirect damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, or other liabilities arising from or related to the purchase or use of any product, except where liability cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
I acknowledge that no statements made by Mother Ürth, whether on its website, labels, packaging, social media, marketing materials, or elsewhere, are intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease or medical condition unless expressly stated and legally authorized.
I certify that I am at least the age of majority in my jurisdiction or am purchasing under the supervision and authorization of a parent or legal guardian.
