Candle Use Disclaimer – Mother Ürth Beeswax Candles

Mother Ürth’s hand-poured beeswax candles are thoughtfully crafted with natural elements, including dried herbs, flowers, and other botanical embellishments. These additions are for aesthetic and energetic purposes only.

By purchasing or using a Mother Ürth candle, you agree to the following terms:

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to remove all dried herbs, crystals, flowers, or any loose decorative material from the surface of the candle before lighting and during use. These elements are flammable and may pose a fire hazard if left unattended in the flame’s path.

Safe Burning Practices: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Always burn candles on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, pets, and children. Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use.

Assumption of Risk: Mother Ürth is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss caused by improper use of candles, including failure to remove decorative elements or follow standard candle safety procedures. The customer assumes full responsibility for the safe use of the product.

By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to follow these guidelines and assume all responsibility for proper candle care and usage.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

By purchasing from Mother Ürth, you acknowledge and agree that:
